Grilled Octopus with Spicy Red Pepper Oil

3 Octopus legs (tentacles!) cut into large pieces
3 celery stalks cut into chunks
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 carrott unpeeled cut into chunks
2 cups boiling water
1 Beef stock cube (I use Knorr brand)
Coarse sea salt

Boil octopus with the rest of the ingredients for 30 minutes to soften. Strain and separate the octopus from the vegetables. (I kept the celery chunks and served them with the octopus as they were delicious). Grill octopus on high for approx. 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and salt to taste. Serve with Red Pepper Oil
